That is info that wasn't in the article. It stated it was an abandoned mine shaft. With the fact that it is grated by the DOGM I would assume as well that it is no longer a current claim. If it is currently claimed, get em' for tresspassing.

Not sure I follow? Personally I think it could be dangerous, but other than some glass shards or plastic down an already closed mine shaft what does it hurt? I've certainly done much more dangerous and stupid things in the name of entertainment.
