In 4low with the center diff locked it will get you where you need to go. What I was talking about is if you start sliding the stability/traction control is pretty impressive.

One thing that has really impressed me on our 4runner is the traction control. It has saved my bacon a couple times.

Didn't change the sound on the v6 at all. If there is a downside I haven't noticed it. Not only does it function better I think it looks better as well.

No it exits just like a pick up does behind the rear tire.

One of the best things Ive done to ours is route the exhaust out the side. I couldn't stand loading or unloading stuff out of the back and getting exhaust dump all over me. I had the resonator cut off when they did it.

If you don't chip it I wouldn't put gauges on it.

Why not a v6? We have an 05 sr5 that has been great! Sure the extra ponies would be fun but it sure was nice not paying to replace a timing belt.
