    Where and what?

Thanks for the pointers Caleb. As for 'becoming street legal'. Is there a fee to convert to street legal with the state on top of the horn, and head, tail, and turn lights costs? Are we talking $200 for this gear, or $500 in additional costs?

    Where and what?

I suppose my goal for a first bike purchase would be something A) within budget, and B) something that would be good for a beginner, and C) something that would be easily sold in a year or so to upgrade to a better bike - if that's what I feel I want to do.

    Where and what?

I'm really wanting to get a bike, and I'm not sure where or what to start looking at. I want something that I can ride to work for fuel savings, and maybe hit an occassional dirt road or three. Where to start? There's a '97 Honda XR200R on KSL right now for $700 obo, w/ rebuilt motor by...

    Steve's '94 Toyota x-cab mild build

Alright, I got lucky and found the original invoice from Summit Racing for 5 Soft 8's from Oct '06. Turns out they were 17x8, and I can't find any mention of BS. The part number is CCR-3978860. http://m.summitracing.com/parts/CRR-3978860-SPEC

    Steve's '94 Toyota x-cab mild build

Steve, I'm searching to see if I have it documented what BS mine were. I should have an answer in a few hours whether I know for sure what it was or not.

    Steve's '94 Toyota x-cab mild build

No, and yes. The front did have 1.25 or 1.5" wheels spacers to match the rear axle width ('86+).

    SAMI's '85 Toyota 4Runner

Oh. Hell. Yes. :greg: I didn't build it. A guy by the name of Cody built it to more or less be the most capable show truck around. He meticulously built the 4runner, with the help of Matt Ballard for the custom body work (that I smashed up a bit). I got home from 2 years in Florida, and Cody...
