How full is the gas tank? Filling a tank full of cold fuel from an underground tank will cause such an issue. Othewise, I'd guess it's something real simple like a disconnected hose on the carbon canister, or a faulty or loose fuel cap.

YJ's never came from the factory with a rear track bar. Front, yes so it's a fail on the inspection issue there, but not on the rear. Like others have said, you're better off without them unless it's an inspection issue. If it is, find another inspector.

Steer clear of any oil-less compressor. As said, they are noisy. Worse part is short lived, and rebuilds add up quickly.

If you're leaning towards the V-10, search for a 4.30 geared truck. They're hard to find, but anything other than the 4.30 just don't tow well. I wouldn't even consider a V-10 again without the lower gearing.

42" is code here in the snow belt, but you can get away with much less.
