Agreed 100%. Ryan, you'll easily make it home by then. Well, he's got a fancy new set of 32" KM2s... and a recently-installed CB radio.... (Okay, so I don't know all his particulars.)

Maybe you should buy yourself a pair of Marx glasses--you know, just in case somebody sees us.

BTW: I just called my friends and told them we're meeting at 2:00. They're in. One will be driving an XJ, the other has a RZR.

I will be with you every step of the way. (I can't climb the Nest since I don't have a winch, but that's okay--I will just turn around there.)

I'm good with that. I have two friends who are waiting for me to tell them our confirmed time so they can decide if they'll attend. (I'd say they are ~ 80% committed as is and will likely be there.)

Yes, there are scales in this area. That one just looks so... nice.

I was hoping it might be closer than Colorado.

I am definitely in for Thursday. Due to what should be a brief morning commitment, I wouldn't be available until at least 10am. I would be fine with waiting until after lunch, especially if it means allowing other people time to show up (like Josh). Edit: I am also going to invite a couple...

    Back in America

Welcome back! I work bell to bell on Wednesday, so that's out... but I'm off on Thursday and would be glad to join you if you go that day.

    Throwback Thursday?

And since I haven't gone to bed yet, it still counts as Thursday. This was my first Jeep (purchased from Matt Hornback), which got me into this hobby: These are all out at 5MP, summer of 2000. I broke an axle in my D35, but incorrectly though it was a LockRite that had failed since it...

I couldn't help but notice this today: It was parked at BWW in South Jordan, where I had just finished having lunch.

    Tires

If those two are your only choices, definitely go with the MT/R. In that size, the MT/R is load range C while the Nitto is load range E. This should imply that the MT/R will respond better to airing down, making it a better trail tire in my opinion. Furthermore, the MT/R seems to be known for...

Don't hate or laugh at this question.

This ad is a complete parody, but it illustrates the point: As a Subaru salesman of nearly ten years, I must admit it is far closer to reality than most people around here realize.

let's all chip in and buy sixstringsteve a radio-controlled helicopter

I believe that is what this company uses, and that's what I meant when I said helicopter. It is Steel Bender, but this obstacle is The Fall and is also shown from 0:20 to 0:24. There is an obstacle on this trail called The Wall, but it is earlier in the trail and you drive up it rather than...

I fixed my Jeep! The problem wasn't exactly what we thought.

As soon as it was together enough to test fire, I started it. Once I knew it was fixed, I went ahead and put everything back together. I did clean the dirt off of the pieces I had removed, but that was all.
