Jmac radiator should still do them. Search a little, they were a little hit and miss on their customer service. I have never had a problem with them, but others have.

Why the rolly eyes? From what I have seen he is very clear that he is against extreme special groups or groups that want a one sided view. And was very clear that he is after shared and responsible land use. You see something different?

laptop sounds like it is the microsoft auto updater. not a bad thing, but I like setting mine so I can atleast choose when it will update. I get the notices, then I take it from there.
The desktop. Who knows. I would first guess a heat issue. Does it ever just turn off for no reason...
PS I like this Representative Mike Noel guy. He is not extreme on either side, just spells it out the way it is. He understand the land rights issues, takes time to be educated about the issues, educate others, and speak up when it is time to.
Try a right click -> Save target as
Save it to your computer then watch it rather than straight across the internet. It is just over 5MB, so depending on your connection speed it may take a few minutes to open up
