On my Scrambler I put in a stainless dash that I ordered online from a place that will custom make them. I can take a picture of it when I get home tonight if you want. I also put in a 99 TJ 4.0 in my 84 along with an aw4 tranny, and waggy dana 44 axles.

The 93 uses resistors to drop the speed. The resistor pack is mounted on the heater box so that the air will cool the resistors. I have switches, resistors, and blower motors laying around if you want to try swapping parts. The parts are not too hard to swap out.

I have set up three of these so far and they have worked fine. The ones that use a roof top antenna work best and the only one that had some problems was the on that had a UHF only antenna attached to it rather than using a rooftop antenna. With the UHF antenna positioned right it did start to work.

Harbor Frieght sells an air nozzle tool that lets you suck up solvent with your air compressor and blast it out the nozzle. We blast mineral spirits solvent into the tubes and internal housing and catch it in a big flat pan. Works great.

Does anyone have a good link for information on dana 44 axle shaft lengths for rear axles ? I have found lots of links for front axle shaft lengths but not rear axle lengths. I am looking at what axle shafts would fit an XJ/MJ dana 44 rear that would have 5 on 5.5 or 6 on 5.5 lug patterns.
