The problem is that the Side Jobs literally just aren't full time. They're event based or "when the need arises" type. I love doing both of them but it'd be probably years before the one of them could possibly turn into full time.

@N-Smooth so to update this.... just like your experience. The repairs were pretty meh, but I didn't want to wait however long it would for them to replace that post and then also inconvenience my neighbors. So I'll fix it better in the future if it becomes a problem. What is a big freaking...
