My wife calls the deep fryer the dirty fryer at our house. So anytime I deep fry I refer to it as dirty fry.

I didn't get any pictures putting the bird in the fryer I didn't want to have any problems. I cook them at 350 for about 3 minutes a pound this one was 13 pounds. It stayed in for 40 minutes.

I inject the bird with some creole butter I think it adds to the flavor. Here is a picture of the sauce and the bird ready to get fried. mmm....

If you haven't tried this you are missing out! I had so much fun I thought I'd share it with you. The is the fryer I can't remember what I paid for it I think it was around 75.00 but worth every penny.
