It uses 6x5.5” (Toyota, Chevy, Isuzu) pattern.

Yeah. I’ve wondered if the sidewall lowering effect would be noticeable. It seems that the 15” wheel and 35”s would be equivalent to 17” wheel with 37”s. In all honesty, there haven’t been any places that the 34” TSLs have not been enough. Although my hunch is trails have become easier due to...

My zappy technology ran on DOS. I’ve not used the table in years. Still use the plasma freehand. My regular gig kind of takes up 99% of my time so that actually did not even cross my mind.

Seems like the DIY is about 75-80% of just buying new. If you count your time for anything it seems like a bad idea.

Sounds like 17” is where it’s at. Steel is probably more in line with our budget on this. Battle born has 9” in stock. $249 each. Most of the aluminum options I’m seeing are $400+ All the faux beadlock wheels makes the searching a process.

TLDR: 15" or 17" and why? I have never owned or run bead-lock wheels - so zero experience. Any advice is welcome. So I've been looking at getting a set of beadlock wheels when the '49 Willys is due for tires again soon. It seems that 15" tires are not as common anymore. Probably run 35 or 37"...

    Comcast Mobile

My wife moved to the Comcast phone about a year ago from Verizon - about half the price and she seems to be happy with the service. Only downsides -if you wanted to change to another internet provider you have to change phone carriers too.

That was her! CrawlerUtah on YouTube made a cool video of that trail run. You’re probably in it too.

    Your Pic of The Day

My wife joined a group called Wenches with Winches... so I joined them for a short trip up Rattlesnake. My wife took her ‘49 Willys and let me drive her daily ‘20 Willys. First time I’ve driven it off-road in anything semi-serious. I’m impressed. Was cool to hear the little turbo whistling in...

    HP Tuners?

I've done security system removal and a bit of tuning on my 8.1L. I was amazed at how locked down the enrichment was from the factory - it had a long delay built in. Just taking that out made it quite a bit peppier. I'm sure it is a EPA compliance feature.

    Heating a Cold Shop?

That's one of the nicest oil burner builds I've seen! I can't believe how many people use plastic buckets and pex lines- you did it right!

    Heating a Cold Shop?

It keeps it warm even with these sub-zero nights. I've been leaving it on - justified by the fact that my cordless tool batteries, motorcycle batteries, and paints/chemicals, etc are going to last longer by never getting frozen. I've only gotten the November bill so far and it wasn't much more...

    Heating a Cold Shop?

I installed a mini-split this summer after insulating. It does a pretty nice job of keeping the shop warm- I keep it on it's lowest setting, which is 61F. Bought the unit from PowerSaveAC.com for $589 with free shipping! Very easy DIY install. I was chillin' at 71F when it was 105F outside this...

    Wanted 2- 32" or 33" roller tires R15

Thanks all! I ended up finding some old 31s on wheels for $40. Ever see square tires before?? 😆 Now to get it out of the weeds and into the driveway... and decide what to do with it.

    Wanted 2- 32" or 33" roller tires R15

Good to know! Getting it up on the asphalt and out of the mud and brush will make anybody doing the inspection more likely to enjoy the process. It will give me a bunch of motivation too. This one's pretty rough. A few years ago it would have been scrapped.

    Wanted 2- 32" or 33" roller tires R15

Hi all, Looking for a set of roller 32" or 33" to fit some 15" x 10 wheels so I can get this Bronco up on the trailer to get a VIN inspection. (Want to have Utah title in hand before I spend a bunch on it- ) Not picky, just looking for something to hold air. It was delivered with sliced out...
