Does the Dodge have a block in the rear already? If so, is it stacking blocks? There is no way in heck I would stack blocks. If not. A 2" block will be fine.

get a 1/10 and I would get the 4x4. I have a 2 wheel drive and it is great for racing and skate parks but if doesnt do good on grass and stuff like that There are also several places that race the 1/10 along the wasatch front. Fun stuff!!

SWEEEEET!!!!!! The Rockers need a proper break in before they REALLY start grabbing. THey will be as good or better than the Iroks the first couple days then they will start blowing your mind! And they just get better with age! Congrats on the tires, and the Bday!
