I ran one for a couple years. Did pretty good. I switched to a edelbrock with the offroad kit. Honestly it was about the same. Did you bend your floats to the right height when installing the offroad kit? They are usually pretty impressive for a carb

I might get some stock drums to bolt to the hubs and roll it out on them. either that or take the coilovers out and suck down the back end with a comealong and roll it out. Hopefully it wont be to much longer before I start that fight

thats kind of funny. Spent hours of work cutting spots for the tires to sit in but his ramps are so flimsy he has to put jackstands under them???? Looks way cool tho

Very true. It turned out to be the heads that were the major culprit. Several if not all valves were not sealing right. They went to the machine shop and I need to go pick them up. Also, the bearings in the bottom end are toast. Funny what 5 minutes with no oil will do to a motor :eek2...

Im planning on getting them mounted up then decide what to do with the suspension. Im pretty sure it will stay the way it is (no time anyways) and hopefully they wont look TOO small. As for running them backwards....I dont know. They worked very well for Byron that way. Ran the tank...

Well....Im getting some tires. Im getting Byron's 46" Baja Claws that he ran in TTC. Not my favorite tire at all but they will work and the price is right. They will get me by until Pitbull makes a 49

ya... you can throw metal at it all day. Just chain it and safety chain it and you wont have any issues. Just dont drive the truck like its your buggy ok???
