    Thanks for all the info. I was talking about the needle bearing in the spindle. just hoping that is the problem. Where is a good place to get good quality bearings?. I tow a mini X and dump trailer rolling 22000. lbs. Timken? Napa? Frank Edwards?

    Whats the difference between an Early Bronco Dana44 front axel and a full size Dana44 out of a chev/Ford? Besides the obivious difference in track width, do they use the same U-joints? Axel joints? What is the length of the inner shafts?
