Is it a AZ tool? Do you have the right adapter for threading into the glow plug hole?

You should be around 325 to 350 psi

is it possible you two separate problems? Blown out glow plug and bad oil cooler? Like you said these motors dont typically have head gasket problems.

Do you have the ability to manually pressure up the coolant system? Compression test? I had coolant get into a cylinder from a injector cup. I dont know if you can get coolant mixing into the oil from a cup.

Rig is from PA. Dont want a east coast rig.

My wife totalled our 2003 sequoia this week. I have never dealt with a totalled car. I dont know what to expect during this process. I am wondering about buying it back. I will be replacing it with another sequoia. I would like to keep around for a little bit for parts. I have no desire to fix it.

So I broke a shaft in my Dana 44 arb diff. Rear. How can I get the rest or the shaft out. The splined part is still in. Can I remove a cross pin, the other side axle shaft and just use a small piece of pipe to knock it out?
