This morning I ran three miles, did a set of 50 pushups, and a set of 20 pull-ups. Not sure I’ll be hitting 7,000 push-ups anytime soon, but as long as I can run, climb, and shove, I’ll be ready for when SHTF.
Also, maybe not feel so terrible about being in my 40’s 👴⌛📉💀⚰️
