Update THE JEEP IS A 98 jeep Cherokee 6 cylinder

A friend asked me this. Anybody had this happen to them?? ''Tell me if you have heard of this problem in jeeps. When my jeep reaches full temp it starts to lug or cut out when I accelerate. what should I be looking for? It acts as though I have bad gas..'' :ugh:

Anybody have any tips for buying a chip for a 99 Chevy 3/4 ton witha 454? I already have a K and N air filter and Flowmaster . Was looking to get better fuel milage and performance. Was wondering what the best bang for the buck would be. Thanks

What is the best locker to run on a front axle daily driver? Thinking about a lock-right or detroit e-z locker. Any help would be great. Thanks guys, Eric

Where do you measure for axle width? What is wms? Looking for new axle on my wide track FSJ Cherokee and not sure what size I need other that a direct replacement. And I dont want another 20.... Any help would be awesome!!! Eric

ok, The little box, (BUILT OFF THE FRAME) surrounding the shackle seems to be getting in the way. Causing it to limit shackle drop. Better?

My 82 Cherokee has a strange stock setup for the rear shackles. They limit the flex on the rear. Has anyone had this problem and if so how was it corrected? Thanks, Eric

I had the same problem with my set up. It ended up being the throttle position sensor.

I want to replace my tranny in my Cherokee. It is an 82 fullsize with a 360 and a drivers side drop t case. All the autos I see are passenger side. Does this mean I will have to change the steering? Is there an easy fix?
