Everything looks good to me, the only change I would make is to allow up to a 40 inch tire in stock class. This would match with what is currently allowed in the JK class. I see no reason not to increase the tire size.

If you want to run stickies in stock class, you pay the penalty points. If you don't want the penalty, run Legends. My first two years, the only thing that put me out of stock class was my tire size, so rather than buy different tires, I stepped up and ran Legends. Stock should be for the daily...

It currently is hooked up to my 700r4 through an adapter. I also think I have an adapter which would allow it to fit to a 400, although I'm not positive. Talking to the guys at Northwest Fab, I think the doubler can pretty much bolt up to anything that you can get an adapter for.

I have not had the opportunity to run Hotel Rock during Jeep Safari, but my understanding is that they include Arch Canyon. So I believe that one is already on the permit, but I definitely will double check and make sure.
