This jeep was built with almost zero miles on the odometer back in 2004. It was built by Sunray Engineering
The power train is an LT1 corvette motor that was rebuilt with custom port and polished heads, big cam, Mahle pistons, 24 lbs. SVO injectors, custom one off headers that are ceramic coated with a 3” Edelbrock muffler, roller rockers, chromo push rods and many other mods.
The axles are 609s custom fabricated housing built and designed by sunray engineering 5.13 gearing Detroit’s front and rear, 1550 front axle joints.
Atlas transfer case with upgraded 32 spline outputs with 1350 series yokes.
4” full traction long arm suspension unlimited and 1” body lift
Custom gauge cluster with DLC in dash
Warn XD9000i winch
Warn bumpers front and rear
Via Air 550 CI compressor
Line-X Bed liner on interior flooring
Poison spider roll cage
Red top Optima
5 - 38X12.50X15 super swampers on bead locks
5 – LT325/70r17 Toyo A/T on Walker Evans bead locks polished red outer lock ring

But stuck more often.
Still dont work. That's the Jeep I'm looking for. Now if I can just talk my wife into it. AKA, not going to happen.

Sunray have some strange outer and inners for their axles. Bent flat bar inner C's and welded knuckles. LT1 looks clean, actually whole rig does. The suspension work to include coils/ parted out links and leaky diffs are the only small items that get flagged for that price. Perhaps get some cleaner out and prep up the under carriage, slap some fresh semi gloss paint on the underside components.

Hmmmm.....very tempted. Should I sell my Tundra. I'm sure this would pull my trailer just as well or better than my truck. Is this legal? Are the axles disc brakes?
