Coincidence that there was a drone watching and filming the exact moment everything let go?

According to other stories that I have read, they noticed that the cable was starting to fray a bit before they whole thing let go. So I can only assume that they sent the drone up there to take a look and were "lucky" enough to have it up when everything let go.
