I posted the meeting info on the 1st page, I'll post again here:

7:00pm Wed the 15th, meeting at the Chevron at 4-corners at Saratoga Springs. It's at the corner of 73(main st) and Redwood (10800w) on your right as you're heading west on 73.

1413 N Redwood Rd
Saratoga Springs, UT 84043

^ This isn't the exact address but will get you close enough.

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sou...07,-111.915375&spn=0.002672,0.010729&t=h&z=17

We can head out to 5 mile at around 7:15 or so. I don't want to wait around forever like on the newb run. :D

Tomorrow night, ok, I can probably make that.

But, location we are meeting, is it here? From Noob run#2. I am having some difficulty finding what meeting place you are talking about, if that's not it.

<----------------- Is STILL replacing the U Joints. The clunking noise was terminal U Joint cancer. And leaking seals. And diff cover. The tires are holding air though.

I really wanted to come, but it was a bad idea, I had a feeling that the noisiest U Joint would have exploded if I put the Jeep in 4wd.

Anyone up for a run this week? Maybe friday afternoon/night?

There is a chance I will get off work a little early (read: ~6pm) tomorrow night (Friday the 24th). I am hoping for the best and thus planning to go wheeling, either at Little Moab or the Snakes since AF canyon isn't open yet. If things go as I hope, I can be at the infamous Chevron at 7pm. Will that work for you?

BTW: my TJ is a lowrider (31" tires) with only a limited slip diff, so I can't run Constrictor... at least not all the way. I do have body armor, though, and I'm not afraid to use it. ;)

Give me a call or text if you can make it tomorrow night, I may be able to go. My buddy Adam cant go friday night but can saturday morning so I'm leaning towards doing that but text me anyway. :D

Okay. For the record, I spoke to two co-workers (one is a member of this forum) and they both agreed to go with me. If you can't make it, at least I won't be alone.

PS: PM me your cell number! ;)

Are any of them setup to do constrictor? I've never done it and it sounds fun. We made it to Waynes World last time I went and that was fun, especially since it was wet and muddy.

did you make it up wayne's world Ozzy?

Yep, it wasn't bad. Surprisingly I didn't have any problems at the bottom even though it was muddy and wet. Since it was dark I didn't realize there was a big hole at the top on the right I kept hitting. That stopped my first attempt but as soon as I cranked it driver it walked right up no problem.

Edit: The guys I went with were great to wheel with and I'm looking forward to meeting more RME members and learning the trails around here.

No. The guy who is on this forum (screen name Awz) has a first gen 4Runner on 31s; the other guy has a stone stock Nissan pickup (which is also on 31" tires if I recall correctly).

Wheeling stock and close to stock rigs is a lot of fun! I kinda miss those days.

Nice! If I make it out there, I'll be happy to follow you over to WW and watch you climb it. (I'll have to take the bypass, of course.)

What size tires are you running?

I've got two sets. A set of old 35" MTR's that I need to replace soon and a set of 39" Pitbull Maddogs.

Looks like 7pm at the chevron station?

That is my plan, yes.

Hey Dempsey, what time are you and your buddies off work of Friday afternoon?

I hope to get off work at 6pm. I actually live close to the Chevron, so I won't need any serious commute time; I have decided on the 7pm meeting time just in case I actually get out of work a little later than planned (because that is life in sales).

My two co-workers are both in the service department, so they will definitely be off before 6pm (probably close to 5pm, actually). They will have no trouble whatsoever with being at Chevron by 7pm.
