This is the next part and some rear tube fenders. I have a trip to sand hollow this week so it's going to go almost as is now haha.
Ok so now after the dust has settled and the adrenaline is gone. My next move on my jeep is hydro assist...and I am a little lost on it. Any one do this on theirs that has pictures or a good write up?

Where did you find a cooler? And what does an under drive pulley do?
Looks good!! Wish I could have joined you. That steep crawl to enter the fault line has got my wife yelling at me too.
Btw pirate4x4 has a some great writes for hydro assist. Also look into the Durango steering box swap if your into something alittle more mellow.
If you have hydro assist you won't need the Durango box.
I have some pictures somewhere in my build thread.
It is one of those things that seems pretty daunting but when you go to do it is pretty straightforward.
I have wj (zj?) HD pump (the one with the hydro fan) , drilled pump fitting, generic cooler, xj box, surplus center ram.
Good time to go over knuckle tie rod if you haven't already.

I know it's been awhile since I posted on here I recently got a new job as the Orem High welding teacher, so I've been a little busy. I just recently picked up a kingpin 60 driver drop. So that will be thrown in the jeep when I source all the parts I need. It is pretty much just the housing and axle shafts, but it is going to be a lot of fun building it the way I want.
