I've looked at this one a few times on line. It seems to have a few desirable features like the Toyota hybrid rear axle and CV drive shafts. Are you looking to buy it?

I keep my eyes open for intersting rigs, as I would love to take a step up in ability from the Montero.

Only problem is I need to either make a quick sale (has yet to happen when I tried it) or find one willing to trade.

Any thoughts from Roverphiles on this one would be appreciated.

UNSTUCK

But stuck more often.
Love that last picture, driving over the small car. I've never seen a rear axle walk so far forward before.

I saw an axle on a LJ walk all the way under the passenger seat.. 2 broken control arms, tranny mount, motor mounts and a radiator later.. ya but that does look odd.. 2K seems low.. wonder what is wrong with it

I've had my 97 Disco for 5 years. I've wheeled it hard and it's always been dependable and reliable. This one looks very capable and if the engine is good, I would go for it if I were you. It has a lot of $ invested in goodies. The pictures show it running Hell's Gate. I've done that, Golden Spike, and many others. This looks much more capable than mine. Bigger tires and lots more suspension. If I had the $ I would be interested. This would be a very capable offroad rig.
