I think everyone knew it was supposed to be a thread about non-Jeep and Toyota vehicles, which brought out a few insecurities to start with. As is usual in a lot of forums, personalities got involved and it degraded into a public pissing match over nomenclature, apparently with those standing around the tiff taking sides!
