South-East Utah Bikes...HITR Planning Thread, May 24-26

My original plan was to do my over nighter this weekend from gville to black rock. The snow has it impassible so this sounds like the next best thing. My issue im having now is work friday. After 12 years of installing A/v systems Tuesday i start a new position in sales. I have been doing 12-16hr days last week and this week to close out my projects but was told this morning Friday i have to program a bunch if new class room stuff at slcc. I honestly have no clue what im in for since this wasnot my project. It could be full if install mistakes and take 16 hours or it could go smooth and take 8.

So at this point I say take off with your buddy without me but pm me your number because I think I found someone to go with me so as long as I can be on the road Friday night by 8 p.m. I plan on still going. If your buddy isn't up for going anymore it may be best just to throw in the towel and let's find a closer spot to ride Saturday.

Unfortunately it's time for me to pull the plug on this trip. My buddy is bring pretty flaky. Sorry to leave you as the last guy standing but the trip seems like it just fell apart

Sound like some are wanting to go ride in Delta after the OSRC event... Not trying to rain on anyone's parade by self-inviting, but thought I would throw it out there. I figure if its posted in the forums, then it okay...

Sounds fun but doubt ill make it. I have a few friends headed to knolls and my uncle wants to come ride stansburry sunday if Im around.

Ya, I hear a fair amount of the riders are fast and I am slow... so I think I am going to pass on going down there.

I would be in! Advanced planning is better for me anyway so I can hopefully get the time off work.

Also, not sure it is was mentioned in the beginning, but what was the planed route (starting point/ending point) and approximate total mileage?
