from what I read the attorney said that one of the sons was starting to remember about the camping trip and how mommy was in the trunk and when they got there mommy and daddy went for a walk and mommy disappeared....
Sounds like the son was starting to give the police too much info and he was afraid he was on the verge of being caught so killed them all...

To those of you who are "happy" about this I am disgusted. Josh did nothing to himself, he did everything to his children and their grandparents. First he took their mother from them and her parents, then he takes the only thing her parents had left of Susan. I feel bad for the social worker who was forced to watch that house burn with two kids inside.

I can't understand how anyone can make jokes about this situation. If he had the balls to just do it to himself I wouldn't care but it makes me sick to think of someone doing this to kids let alone their own kids.

If this is true (which I don't doubt) then the child services should have NEVER let those kids near him again. They should have been in witness protection as soon as they started talking about it. IMO, that bureaucratic agency screwed up big time.

IF for some reason it was believed in the best interest of the children to see him it should have been at a neutral location with more than one social worker for protection.
