He is lucky it looks like it was more on his forehead, could have been worse had it been lower. SJ police not too happy that KSL got to him first.Geez this happen at 10pm last night and cops finally show up around 11am to get more info. Kinda pissed that Pizza Hut didn't notify police/feds when they ran the background check on turd. SJ city will do a broadcast later on today about this. This will force them to get going on this matter. Inlaws are upgrading locks/security on house/barn.

SJ Police are a bunch of clowns (no offense intended towards your friend there). I've been told many times by officers in other precincts that SJ cops are the "left-overs" basically.SJ police not too happy that KSL got to him first.

It is not up to a victim to press charges. The victim is responsible to report the crime/details. The police are responsible to compile the reports, write the citations/make the arrest, and screen the charges with the DA. The DA is in fact the one that determines if and which laws have been broken and what charges to "press." A victim can refuse to cooperate, but it is not their deccission to "press" charges or not. Sometimes an officer will ask a victiom if the want the perps cited or not, but only in minor instances. When major crimes occur, that is not an option....
