Looks good! I wish I was able to make the quick progress you do. Any chance of relocating that AC compressor over to the other side of the block?

Yup, looks like the A/C is gone--and maybe you'll have to do something else with that tensioner? It sorta looks like it's integral with the A/C mount or something.

Thanks, multiple days off at a time help! I'm going to look into moving the pump, as popular as these motors are & as many different vehicles they shove them into, there's a good chance there's a different location for the pump.

That tensioner is only for the A/C pump. The pump has it's own belt. Smart thinking from GM, IMO. I love the actual real-world thought that went into designing these motors.

The springs I have are 3", right now it looks like I need a 2" drop. I'd like to try them, sounds like they'd be closer to what I need. I'll be in UT in a few days & can pick 'em up then.

No worries, if they don't work for me, I'll pass them on to you. ;)
just let me know. i am home this weekend and pretty much all day monday and tues. just shoot me a pm.

No real work done this weekend, but I had to mock up the front end, roll it out of the garage & see how it looked. That also gave me a much need chance to clean out the garage, it has looked like a disaster area for the last few months.

I know the feeling. Mine looked like hell exploded inside of it during my build. Your build is coming along nicely. I'm taking friday off in a futile attempt to play catch up on my project:greg:

Looking good man!!

Looks pretty sweet. I'd drive it ;)

Can't wait to see it with the high fenders. It's turning out sweet, Greg!

I'm really liking this build. Keep it up!

Thanks guys! I need to prioritize my To-Do list and keep knocking this thing out. I'd like to have it close to driving around Thanksgiving, but we'll see how that goes.

Hey Greg, the build is looking great, can't wait to watch it go. Here is a neighbor of mine, if you want we can go look it over.

I'm going to come trade you jeeps in a couple weeks.

As long as you bring a pile of cash too!

Props on the red doors! ;)

At least I now have doors...

Thanks Jeff, that TJ looks great, I dig how he replaced the rear frame. I wouldn't mind checking it out!

All cool projects have red doors. :D

No kidding, huh!?
