Just run a hose clamp all the way around the ujoint after you put it in the yoke.... but be sure to put a couple quarters under the clamp on the side that is missing the tab.
Or you could just do it right the first time and not worry about it again.
The Forged Yoke I got from Tom Woods was a 1350, I am sorry I should have asked if that was the size you were looking for.
