Had to buff off the "free toilet paper" off the side? Going back to "free candy" or going to "free facemasks" or ????? Inquiring minds want to know.

Just gonna lay low for a while... it does look extra rapey though. Funny story last fall it was pretty dirty and someone wrote “help I’ve been kidnapped” on the back in the dirt. I drove around for I don’t know how long with it on there until the cops showed up at my door wanting to make sure I don’t have and kids in my van.

UNSTUCK

But stuck more often.
Do you brew a root beer? I only know of Red Rock locally that does, but I don't care much for the flavor.

But why? There’s no ethanol in root beer! Lol root beer is super easy to home make. Corny keg, CO2 bottle and a recipe and you’re on tap at your house. I think you can get everything at salt city brew supply or at their Ogden store if you’re up north.

Ya, it's pretty easy...or as hard as you want to make it. There are lots of "traditional" recipes out there for root beer, but most of them call for sassafras, which you'll have a really hard time finding (it's considered a carcinogen). It's fun to try and make it yourself, and there is a book called "Home Made Soda" that is excellent for using real ingredients (the lemon lime soda in that book is really good). That all being said, you can also buy soda extracts in a variety of flavors and mix with sugar and water. Then you can either keg it (easiest and least dangerous) or you can add a small amount of yeast and bottle it. If you bottle it, I strongly recommend putting at least one bottle in a plastic bottle so that you can check the pressure. Once that plastic bottle is firm, get the rest of the glass into the fridge ASAP and drink within the next week or so lest you make glass frag grenades. As was mentioned, all of this can be had at your local purveyor of home brewing supplies (preferably Salt City Brew Supply or Ogden City Brew Supply).

But to answer the original question, no we don't make a root beer. We've talked about it, but with our joint being 21 and over, I question the popularity of it. We do carry some local craft sodas that I personally really like, basic sodas, spicy waters, and we're working on putting nitro cold brew coffee and likely kombucha on tap for other alternatives for the non drinking sausage lovers amongst us.

We're having a big exotic car show this Sunday the 19th from 11-2. I'm told there will be upwards of 50 cars coming, so it should be pretty sweet.

Kids aren't allowed in the brewery, but we're going to sell brats and italian sausages as well as cold drinks outside for those that can't come in.

Is this car show in addition to the August 2 date?

I'm so tired of printing menus every damn day.

What's weird is the currwurst was by far the best mover for Oktoberfest, but it hardly sells at all now.
