TTB 50. Shaft size is the same as D44. Joints are larger, and use outer retaining clips like on a driveshaft. Knuckles will not interchange with any other Dana axle. Ring gear is a little larger than D44. I have all of this in my garage if you want to look at it. The only real good usable parts are the hubs, they are the same as 60 hubs.xj_punk said:as in the ones in the front of fords
what size u-joints? shafts? knuckles? ring and pinion? etc
just tell me all you know
thanks

Not really. They are 30 spline, which would be an upgrade for a 44, but they won't fit between the 44 balljoints.Tacoma said:Are the stub shafts useful?? hmmmmm
The ujoint is halfway between a 44 and 60, but the ears are very large due to the use of outer retaining clips.Tacoma said:hmm.
so.. they're 60 sized with 44 ears? Am I getting that right? or do they just neck up at the hub?
I still have it. Hurry up though, I'm about ready to throw it out.rckcrlr said:Hey Hickey,
You still want to play with the solid 50 idea????
I know where we can find a line-up bar and some pucks/ends that will fit the spindles
I think I finally have time to try it....
