not really, cause now you know where NOT to go;)

BTW, anyone that has minor mechanical skills should be able to install gauges themselves...I would seriously consider doing it yourself...

I ended up purchasing the Edge EZ on Ebay and got it for 378.00 Including Shipping I should have it next week. I also decided on going with the Di-pricol Gauges, the Boost, EGT and Tranny Temp,I was going to get the X-monitor but when all cost's were figured out it was about $100.00+ to do that. I now need to decide what route I should go for the Exhaust any Recommendations?

There are plenty of people selling exhaust kits on ebay too. I got mine shipped for about 395.00. 4" from the turbo all the way out with a 5" stainless tip. As for the gauges, check Geno's garage.(Do a google search)They sell all kinds of gauges. I installed my EGT & boost gauges in an afternoon.

I purchased the gauges from Geno's Garage. They said that these gauges are on Backorder but they have a large shipment coming in any day. On the exhaust I am looking into getting the 5 inch exhause all the way, because I think that I already have the 4 inch for most of the way.

Gillet is the place. Wide Open ****ed up are truck and we had to have Gillet fix it. Wide Open never made it right either. If you see any trucks driving a round and they smoke so bad that you can't see, it more likely came from Wide Open.

Yikes. Another justification for leaving my truck stock.

I was a little bit confused. Did he have 2 boxes stacked? Also the guy was towing 2 rigs, and I bet you he wasn't driving as slow as he said that he was.

DC doesn't care whether you are towing 4 rigs or driving on the street, if you have exceeded the parameters of the engine ECM then you have voided the warranty! Speed doesn't play any role either, it all has to do with the parameters. If they are exceeded in any way, boost pressure, fuel pressure, hp rating etc. it leaves a fingerprint and they know. Alot of times they over look it but when it is done to the degree that I would ASSume Lance's was, then... you'll get nothing!

But its your truck and warranty, do as you wish. I just wanted to let people awareof the situation, worst case scenario (sp). Doesn't your truck have enough power as it is, or do you want to be one of those guys that tows @ 95mph?

A buddy of mine used this shop's exhaust on his Cummins and loved it. Very clean system. He did upgrade the pipe clamps to full straps from Car Quest however.

No I don't want to tow going 95 What I am saying is that I just want the power when I need it, I drive this truck also as a DD without towing, and also I know that when you do any type of modification that you risk have some of these problems, what I am saying that I'm not looking to do everything that he did, I am going to be keeping it mild. Also with most of these upgrades it also increases you MPG.

I was saying that whether you are mild to wild THEY DONT CARE! Is it really worth voiding the warranty?
