As stated many times above, you wont gain any ground with a conversion etc, either step up to a dually or do a trailer setup like so:

Air bags on your current truck would make a big difference if you had camper and pulling a flat deck. They really help to stablize the ride.

I’m going dually. Just sold my gooseneck so the hauler idea is out.
