I have owned several rebuilt titles. That is probably the reason I am able to buy and sell as many as I do. Because they're cheaper than the average vehicle of the same genre. I have never had any issues with any of my rebuilt titles except my LJ. The doors didn't deal tight. That was an oversight on my part when I bought it though.

Well most of us saw this coming, but you are in a great spot with this rig as it sits right now to try and trade for the rig you really want. I hope you find the right deal out there Steve, I can't say I blame you for trying.

Just sales tax and licensing these things has got me thinking you need a dealers license. You must have one of the most understanding wife's in the world to let you cycle cars like you do.

Oh, man. :D

My sides hurt.

You're the Toyota version of Bart.

I love it.

Yup.

Don't worry Steve, you are normal. You are just more proactive than most in your vehicular illness. :)

No kidding, I'd guess we're all just a bit jealous of the buy-build-enjoy-sell cycle here, along with energy level required to make it happen.

I don't buy from dealers for that reason. I won't buy a car from a private seller either unless they will either leave the bill of sale blank or write it way down. I usually only pay about 200 or less for all taxes and fees.

Ive looked into a dealer license but you have to have a location to park your cars and have an office. I think it's a minimum of 3 parking spots but I'm not 100%.

It's definitely not cheap. My wife is quite understanding, but I work two jobs and my second job pays for my 4x4 hobby, so she lets me do whatever I want with that money.

.

 Not sure if I would be admitting to tax fraud and publishing it over the net. But that's just me.

Ummm, yeah. I wouldn't necessarily advertise fraud online :D

Edit: Lewis and I think alike

Not gonna happen, I love your perfect rig too much. It's going to get a whole lot better in the spring too.

Not to keep hi jacking Steve's thread, but I need to do a ride with you when you get back Brian. I'm seriously looking at a JK when the runner sells

Well if we keep the thread at the top by chit chatting constantly it makes everyone aware of his buy sell addiction. Oh and absolutely.

Don't be fooled, his JK is nice, but I give 97% credit to Brian's Bad-A Driving Mojo!

Thanks Brett, I still attribute it to the JK but I keep hearing I'm a good driver so there must be some truth to it.

Oh and one more free bump for your search Steve.

Being that good with Brian, can't imagine what I would be able to do with it.

Just kidding Brian! can't wait for you to get back so we can go to Moab land

Oh yeah, your white one! I forgot. Hook me up, I'm very interested. PM sent.

My wife is getting more sick of me spending all my time in the garage working on rigs rather than the money thing, so I'd like to be done building for a while once I get the right taco.
