Made salsa today, used a bunch of Anaheims & Poblanos peppers, some Hatch chilies and Jalapeños. Grilled and peeled, plus some grilled tomatoes. Add some lime juice and season to taste! The Poblanos are actually pretty spicy this time around, the finished product has some HEAT!! 🔥🔥🥵

I don't mean to cast shade, but in my mind, the whole point of barbeque is to take a cheap cut of meat and turn it into something amazing. This is Elon Musk throwing 10 mil at a vehicle in the Dakar and gloating when it won. I have no doubt that it was good, but damn, it better be.

Your not wrong by any means. I can cook some good cheap brisket, but this is like Elon sipping on an espresso while rallying through 3’ whoops at 120MPH

I had a friend who got so high he tried to smoke a pizza - he couldn't keep it lit long enough to take a hit though.
Tell my mother it's a deer steak and she'll cook it so long it will burn like an old grey aspen. The woman is a fantastic cook unless it's venison, come to think of it, maybe she did that on purpose.
