Planning a trip to Moab with some dudes from AZ, was searching for info and found this site. Looks like you guys have a pretty good site. I try to make it to Moab once or twice a year, was there last for EJS 2007.

Here's some pic's of my Jeep, wheel most every weekend in Phoenix, Florence Junction mostly.

Figured I'd been lurking for a couple of days I'd say Hi.

Hey there buddy! I miss AZ, not to mention my favorite trail, Willow Springs, which is where those pics came from. You coming up for the turkey day trip? Lance posted up here not long ago about it.

I have been on some of those AZ trails and camped in the desert around Phoenix during some trips to Firebird raceway. Everything has thorns on it. Different than the West Desert where I do most of my wheeling. What do you do in Utah now?

Ahh, so you're the guy that's been driving over all the cactus, or cacti. Cant say I ever had a thorn problem. As for what I do here, not much. I moved up here two months ago to do real estate (underhillteam.com) with my family. As for wheelen, I'm sad to say the only thing I've done is the Zuktah BBQ in Lehi (FYI I think showing up in a Jeep was the wrong move!) The rear suspension on my CJ7 is shot. I'm hoping to have a fourlink with coilovers before this AZ turkey day trip.

I love the willow springs trail as well. I had a great time on it with a couple of friends down there. I rode on Willow, Martinez, and HTH. When are you coming up to moab, and by chance, will you be wheeling with a guy named Sean who own a red toy buggy with a libby hood and two slot grille?

Actually there is a pic of Martinez and the trail prior to H2H (upper woodpecker) in there as well, have run them all in the last 1.5 months.

Sounds like I might meet you face to face then.
I'm hoping to meet Sean for dinner at least one night in moab.
I was hoping to wheel with you guys, but I ended up moving, and spending a month in the philippines over the summer instead of building my jeep (which is now 2wd with no inner shafts, no front drive line, and probably several peices of D30 internals bouncing around the center section).
I've known Sean for a few years.. he's helping me with my suspension design, since it will be fairly similar to a project he is working on as well.
