Yeah, the line lock is ok because it's doing it's job - locking up your calipers!!!!! Take it out of there, or at least hook it up and you'll be golden.

The line lock, when engaged, is allowing fluid to build pressure, but not letting it blead off. Just like your's is doing. Apperently the one you have requires power to it to keep it free flowing, and locked when power is taken away.

EDIT:Oh, and your MC is fine, you've never been able to bottom it out, because the front brakes being fully pressurized hasn't allowed the MC to go any further.

Well the Line Lock is out now. I used too deep of a 3/16 coupler at 1st so then switched to the shallower threads one and lost a lot of fluid but never ran out in the MC. Now I can't build up pressure like before no matter how many times I press the brake pedal. Open bleeders up front and pumping pedal doesn't get hardley any fluid to come out yet. I guess I could try bench bleeding the MC and go from there but, I really do like the thought of converting over to the Hydro Boost Braking. My 80 Chevy K30 brakes are SO Nice. Now might be the time to just do it since everything else I've done isn't working right. I've been searching for the best combination of parts to use. We'll see which route I end up going:confused:

Thanks, Brad J

THe lines might have a lot of air in them. If they were wide open the whole time, all of the fluid could have easily leaked out. Fluid doesn't flow very fast, so it could take a good 5 mins to get back down to the calipers afterwards.

Open the bleader screws and just let it sit for a bit and see if anything comes out. You can also put a hose on the bleeder screw and suck on it (if you don' thave a bleader pump). Or even put a hose on the bleeder screw, stick it in a bottle of brake fluid, and then pump the brakes...

So does the peddle go to the floor now?
