Yea ours went up 20% this year to $800.something. I like sunset.(atleast once a year).
Funny how the market values drop but property taxes increase. :wtf:

Property taxes are based on the value of the property in January 07. The market didn't really get bad till right after that. It'll be interesting to see what January 08 brings.
