Help identify a mystery jeep

Came across a jeep like I have never seen before. Have no clue what it is and google has gotten me nowhere. It has independent suspension front and rear, and other odd things

Mutt was harder to modify and more expensive so did not become popular with off roaders.

About 11 years ago I was working with some guys to get a MUTT "kit car" thing going, with different levels of mods. Ultimately the $$ just didn't make sense with the market. We had some fun with the prototypes though.

there were aweful vehicles... you couldn't go around a corner without it almost rolling over on itself... the independant suspension made it so it really didn;t do that well off road either.. I spent more times pulling them out of troubles then driving one...
