I don't doubt it will, I'm not too worried about timing or money... we had a shit renter and we're done with being landlords. If it doesn't sell by the new year, we'll probably rent it out again. :(

Seriously dude, be patient. Oil is on the up tick. You can make a nice profit if you'll wait a few months. Oil supplies are drawing down, OPEC is cutting production, things here in the USA are ramping up again.

My problem is covering 2 mortgage payments without a renter in there... and on top of that, I won't be working for 6-8 weeks after an upcoming surgery. Money is about to get real tight. We have a plan and will be OK, but it would really help us if it sold soon.
