I'm guessing you want an accurate appraisal so you know what to list it for, correct?
The potential buyer will have to have it appraised again in order to close, but that will be on their dime and done by a lottery type thing like mentioned before.
What Shane said. If you're doing it to get an accurate value of what to list your home for, then that's fine. But when it comes time for the buyer to get a loan on it, they will have to get an appraisal that will be picked in that lottery system by the lender.
Ask your real estate agent for comps or just check houses in your area on KSL with same bedrooms, garages, and square feet.
