Where we are going is south east Idaho. I think Boise is about 4 hours from Idaho Falls. Dont quote me on that though. 10 hours is quite a drive for a wheeling trip but then again.......how far are you from Price??

How is the project coming?

Price is different - that's a must! :D

Well, I am broke... I hope I have everything? If I don't, it will be small stuff... I think! But I hope to get started on it Monday... And be done by the 2nd of May.

yup

I went up last year. SRO took me on one of there runs. They are happy to take you on one of there organized runs. But they won't just release the trail info to you.

I think the rexburg trail has kinda become pretty well known by now......

But if ya ever want a guide just let us know, cuz we can always find an excuse to go wheelin!

IF is about 3-3.5 hours from Boise for whatever its worth, if you set your cruise @80, you can hit Poky-Fellow in under 3 (could do that one in my sleep)(in my CRX got her down to 2.25 hours once... won't do that agin') and IF is about a half hour NawthEest of that.

All you guys coming up with the wasatch outlaw gang, there is some cool stuff you guys will be hitting, I may or may not be in my truck with you. Remember if you are running the dunes the only thing you need is a flag that is at least 8 ft off the ground.

Hopefully we will be able to take some of you on a really short trail near Cannoncrawlers house. Its interesting sometimes easy and sometimes very hard. Its claimed several driveshafts, axleshafts, body parts, and other important parts in just the past two months. We may even bbq after this

My Rubicon can't do 80 with 39's pulling a camp trailer - well, not "set the cruise and go". :D

...So your saying the fun is in Idaho Falls, not Boise on the weekend of the 29th?

Either way I'll be there, just need to know where 'there' is!!!!!

Yep the fun is in Idaho Falls, sand, mountains and rocks as hard as you want. If some of you more hardcore guys want to wheel from sunup till sundown(or later) we could take you out to shelly too, dang hard stuff out there. Rexburg rock trail is good too, webster dam will be a nice easy trail ride, sand dunes are like no other you have ridden. Plus if you have never wheeled lava rock its interesting, ummm they move alot.

I could give you directions to my house, I think most poeple are camping out although I will be by myself so a couple of poeple could stay at my house(better not be allergic to cats) if you wanted too. I will try to get my garage cleaned out to handle any breaks also. Let me check with Cheston and Cory to see what time they are leaving on Friday as I will be catching a ride back up to Idaho with them.

Cory wanna post where you were thinking to camp I can't remember.

Plan I think is wheeling all day sat and sun

Also just talked to Chad (cannoncrawler) if you want to stay sunday after we are done wheeling a bbq will be held at his house.

It'l most likely just be me and my son, Kathleen has to work Friday and Monday and probably won't be able to get out early. If I'm alone, I'll probably find a RV park and stay there Friday night through Monday morning and then come back home. So if you know of a nice RV park close....:D

cory casper picked out the camp spot hes from the area so I am not nearly as familar with stuff. I will get him to post more directions up on here. Like I said before it may be hard for some folks to find so if a bunch of you guys are coming up in a group you could stop at my place(I am like a half mile off the highway on the way to Rexburg) or meet somewhere in Rexburg and have cory lead you up there.

There might be cell phone reception out there not entirely sure(verizon and alltell probably not). As far as RV parks I have no clue but I am sure there is one in Rexburg. And if not I know of a couple in IF

From Ogden its round about 3 hours.

I hope I am not overstepping my bounds but to entice some of you who are thinking about coming. If you like sand you will love St. Anthony. If you have never been there its crazy. Plus I love our rocks different trail every time you run it cause the rocks move alot. Webster Dam is a cool little trail ride too.

You may want to check with Wasatch Outlaw wheelers though as this is their club run and they may wish poeple to abide by their rules. Also my club will be there and we expect poeple to abide by our rules (nothing unusual)

Hope to meet a bunch of you and hopefully I will have my rig rolling.

Anyone want to commit to an all nighter on Friday to help me out :rofl::rofl: JK

Tried the search and couldn't find much info. I saw an article in pertersons about some trails in Boise but, nothing in southern ID.

I took JeepinJoes brother with me that day.
