ah, it's starting to make sense now.
i dont know what your talking about i can get them out just fine with out machining the bolts?one step forward 2 steps back is what it seems.
i finnaly got around to tearing apart my front diff to find out whats wrong. it seems that the spider gears have failed and so have the ring and pinion. but on the bright side.....i machined down the cv axle bolts so when i do break a cv i will not have to remove anything other than the hubs to undo the clip and the bolts that hold it to the diff, IF YOU HAVENT DONE THIS ALREADY I WOULD MAKE IT YOUR NEXT TO DO ON YOUR IFS TOYOTA.

its been a while since i have done anything real to it. i have finally decided what i wanna do for a color scheme, saftey yellow and black racing stripes to help me go fast. on the down side i am still trying to find a front diff for this thing, no luck on the 4:30 diff.
if u want to do the supra rear end swap with a 4.30 diff with a factory lsd, ive got one. seen a few guys on pirate squeeze it into the front pickup ifs, and its a 8" v6 geared diff.
go to 4;10s, if its anything like my old ifs truck you are going to break the front diff every weekend... use the cheapest and easiest parts you can find. if you want to get custom, look at ford expedition front ifs. if i had kept wheeling my old ifs truck my plan was to swap ford stuff in. ive heard good things about it
