so I've been reading this over and was wondering? I do have the 1" body lift would I need cut past the tab? I know a lot of it will be trial but just asking?

So if I decide to go the route of the doubler and buy this kit from low range ( assuming it will fit the runner) what else would I need to purchase besides the 4.7 gears and top shift case?

i'd guess that you wouldn't have to cut the body mount at the tab.

I guess we will see when we get under it and start testing it. Probably a project for January anyways so I will keep up on this thread as well as research on these other sites. I want to have a plan of attack before I start chopping and hacking.

Apperantly he writes good threads too. I googled firewall tubbing and looked at 4 differant threads that linked to his TTORA thread.

So i'm having some problems digging up any info on the 3rd gen 4runner transfercases. Steve do you know if the same application you used will work with the 3.4 with a manual?

Go to trail gear's website. The adapter is slightly different between a 3.4 manual and a 2.7 manual. But.to the naked eye, they look almost identical.
