You should see what the average high mileage ranger is going for. People are really damn stupid right now. It's crazy to me that a rusty banged up thirty year old Ranger with a busted trans could even be listed for that much. That should be a $500 truck, max.
So you would think I was crazy for wanting to buy it, fix it and take advantage of the people Herzog is talking aboutIt's crazy to me that a rusty banged up thirty year old Ranger with a busted trans could even be listed for that much. That should be a $500 truck, max.

It was devastating to go to the junk yards at the time and see row after row of XJ's and 60/62-series just waiting for the crusher. This program made me mad because they trashed all the cars that came in. They should have trickled them down to even older cars. The truck I was driving at the time was waaaaay older and worse than the trucks that were getting trashed. I would have paid the full cash amount for them and still given my truck for trade.
Oh.. No.. Please don't crush any 4.0`s... No stop...It was devastating to go to the junk yards at the time and see row after row of XJ's and 60/62-series just waiting for the crusher.
