I have seen and heard of more atlas transfer cases broken than 203/205 doublers. Maybe because the atlas is more popular, though.

Sounds like a doubler it is!
Looks like there's a few options on the brand. I'm kinda liking the North West Fab version so far. Anyone heard good/bad? Or have any other suggestions/experiences?

They were in the 1st few years that had the original, round fender openings. They were used in the base model with 6 cylinder and 3 speed column-mounted shifter or 4 speed sm465.

Ok. 203/205 doubler acquired!
Also scored a PSC hydro assist steering ram, pump and reservoir, Tera slugs/hub lock out flanges and 35 spline outer shafts.
Anyone have an opinion on stock 35 spline outers for a D60? I'm debating on chromoly shafts or not?

The cheap ChroMo's are only $129 each and seem to hold up well. Since they are made in China, I expect they are about the same strength as stock outers. If you can find stock 35 spline Dana 60 (really 70) outers, I'm sure they would be fine -- unless you really do drive like that guy in the video.
