Rumor has it the company I work for (Schreiber Foods Logan Utah) may be looking for an experienced maintenance mechanic(s). It's an industrial maintenance food processing/packaging setting so there's a lot to do with packaging equipment, automation, robotics, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics blah blah and it would help to be knowledgeable in PLC and ammonia refrigeration. Good benefits, pay is low to mid 20's depending on experience. Shift would most likely be swing 2pm-10pm.

If you're interested PM me and I can try to answer any questions and point you in the right direction or just call 435-752-8175 and talk to human resources for more information.

Wanted: automotive technicians

In casual conversation earlier today, my GM told me our dealership is looking to hire multiple automotive technicians. These are full-time, long term positions. My GM says we are searching for experienced techs rather than trainees/students. He asked if I knew anyone.

If you'd like to talk to someone about it, let me know. I'll find out who to put you in touch with.

Just moved to the area and looking for opportunities! Anyone have a good lead on something entry level? I'd prefer to stay near Murray, or be off the Trax. Got some management experience, but mostly I'm just an ambitious kid with an Associates degree.

I posted this up a little bit ago but I'll bump it.

We are looking to do a direct hire for an IT Specialist Forensic Examiner to work out of Boise. The basic requirements are a 4 year degree from an accredited college with at least 20 credit hours in computers, math, or engineering and being able to pass an extensive background check. This is government work and it pays from GS-7 (45k) to GS-12 (90) depending on experience. You don't necessarily need to have any computer forensic experience but that is what the position entails. There is training that you would be sent to regardless of your background to bring you up to speed on the work.

The close date on this is 1/14/15. Let me know if you have any questions about what the work entails or how to submit a resume. I did this job for 2 years before moving to my current position so I can give you an accurate portrayal of what the work is like.

My wife has an open job offer with her company if I can find a position in Salt Lake area. She'd be close to the university so I'd don't want to commute a long way. I have 4 yrs of management experience with Auto Body repair/estimates/parts and office management, I have 4 yrs of HR/Admin experience. I've worked on cars my entire life. I'm like most others here, outdoor activities drive me. Hunting, camping fishing, 4x4ing, biking..... I'm open to anything. College degree in Rec and Tourism, minor in Bus. Comm.

We have great benefits through her company so that doesn't have to be a driving factor for me. I'd love something in the outdoor industry or 4x4 world, but I'm open to anything.

Thanks

We have a LOT of positions at Genesys. Last I looked we had about 15 SLC openings. The drawbacks are that I'm your IT guy. Good benies, competitive salary and at a company that seems to be going in the right direction. PLEASE use me as a referral as there's a referral bonus ;) I think there is about 10 Accounting type positions and a few tech positions open.

Looking for something new. Working at an Auto body shop and really slow on work. Getting by but time to move on. Really just looking for something consistent in the $20-$25/hr Full-time range

I can Weld/Fab, I've ran a few ironworker crews, worked as a forklift/lead in warehousing, great with computers, and I have great people-skills.
