106" is awesome WB, should climb well and still be maneuverable in the big rocks! Might be worth pushing the front axle further forward if you can.

Progress has been ongoing. But it's been the really boring stiff like cutting off all the old suspension mounts and stripping everything down to the bare tub. The front coil buckets were a bitch to get off. Finally at the stage of building it back. Today I got installed the Advanced Adapter weld in LS mounts. Got a mountain of parts in too.

Never seen a long tube header in a jeep before. Most guys run either a camaro manifold or a block hugger header similar to this one.

Yeah it looks like that's what I'm going to have to buy as the driver side will just not fit

I went with block hugger style in mine (YJ frame). That allowed me to keep them tight to the block, out of the way of links etc. and also easily route exhaust around the front of the oil pan to tie into the other side. Everything else seemed to end up in the firewall. Don't pay attention to the "high temp" aluminum exhaust paint that didn't hold up.

found the solution to my problem. These clear the AA adapters and the SM465 slave cylinder. Had to join a facebook group to get my answer. Kindof sad really.

installed vs what i gotta clear

I've been slacking super hard on updates. I want to thank @I Lean for cutting and threading my rear uppers to fit 7/8 heims. Unfortunately they are not gonna work and you'll see in my next post why.

Also, I got the wrong disc brackets. Even though my rear is an SRW, since it's not a newer SRW, ruffstuff considers that a C&C axle. Kindof annoying buy what ever. So the correct brakets are in the mail.

So Rock Krawler uses these bent, solid upper links. On the frame side they used a 3/4 bushing rod end. So I planned on upping both sides to 7/8 heims for extra strength and flex. Well, the heims now let the bent part slouch down out of position and look wonky. So now I'll have to buy some DOM and inserts to replace them.
