Labor Day Weekend Camping Trip to the Uintas

What: Short notice Labor Day weekend camping trip.

When: Saturday September 3rd - Monday September 5th.

Where: Western Uinta's

The Plan:To get out of the city and enjoy some cool weather. We will meet at the Sinclair in the Food Town parking lot on the main drag into Kamas at 9am. From there we will head to Echo Lake up Murdoch Basin road in the Uinta's.

We just got back from the uinta's. We stayed up Murdock basin (echo lake). it was perfect and almost no bugs. Sounds like a great trip, ours was!

I don't think they are saying you can't bring kids. I think they are just saying they don't have kids to bring. I always take my kids, plus nobody cares what stephen or JL Rockies thinks even if it is their trip.

I have no problem with kids when I'm camping. I like kids. If they like camping, bring 'em along.

Davey is right, no one is saying you can't bring your son along. If you feel comfortable taking him, by all means, bring him along!
