Oh man. You guys are animals! We got so much work done.

I hope I can get it back together in time for this weekend.

All I have left is
Drivelines shortened
Brakelines hooked up
ABS lines ran ( stupid design)
Steering (it was supposed to come with the axles, but teraflex forgot)
Rear axle in
Rear shocks
Longer sway bar links
Steering stabilizer
Streering stops adjusted
Cotter pins for the ball joints
Remote resivoir mount on the front frame

Hopefully I can get back to it tomorrow.

Thanks again to everyone that helped. It turned a crappy day into a fun one.

Thanks for the burgers. I carved "Toyotas Rule Jeeps Drool" into the powdercoat of your new axle, I hope that's ok.

It was great meeting most of you for the first time. Thanks for the grub (including the killer corn)! I might be able to help this week after work. just post up when you have the rear and other parts.

I am picking up the steering today. I should be able to get that on tonight. I will get that done the steering stabilizer, remote resi mounted, the and lines hooked up, and the brake lines hooked up. The rear axle should be done tonight and then I can get it done Wednesday.

Yay!

For everyone that was trying to help me figure out what to do with the ABS lines.
I called teraflex and they said to zipping them:-/. Lame if you ask me. That much money on a set of axles and you should get something better than zip ties.

Zipties hold trophy trucks together. Are you too good for trophy truck technology? :p

Too bad they don't have some nifty little bracket or something though, that was put on BEFORE the powdercoat. :(

You had 9 guys and all you got done was the front axle? The spikey haired guy on TV does a double axle swap in like half an hour...maybe you guys should watch more TV like me!!

I just operated a jack.

I still say punching a whole through that bracket, similar to the factory setup would be the way to go. Zip ties, with that little of clearance seem like disaster waiting to happen. Alternatively instead of drilling, maybe have Carl cut you out a little bracket to attach to the ball joint with his niffty drawing machine

If you end up using the zip ties I would make sure you have a a esc kill switch so you can keep the Jeep moving when the abs line gets severed

Just post up if you need help for Wednesday after 4 pm. I could swing by and help with the rear axle. It was fun meeting you all for the first time. I think there should be a monthly meet and greet where we all meet at someone's garage and wrench on their rig. It's a great way to meet people and to learn something.
