No fee no fee? Or no fee up front (tacked on to the loan)?

It was on the box home loan site. No money rolled in technically. Usually they get paid from the slightly higher rate.

We saved over 1.25% over our mortgage we initiated in May. Unbelievable to us but welcome of course. Saved a few hundred a month. Unless rates dip below 1.5%, we will likely never refi again?
